The MetrO League is an annual inter-club competition for greater Sydney metropolitan clubs.

It's great fun as clubs compete head-to-head and members of all ages earn points for their club.

The SOS North West Series is open to all comers during school terms 2 and 3.
 
The events are held on Saturday mornings with a mix of line and score courses to suit all family members.

Regularly attracts more than 200 participants each week.

Lane Cove the next
and Manly the week after that.

Turkey Trot

A turkey trot is a fun run or footrace,
usually of the long distance variety.
It originated in the USA
as a Thanksgiving Day event.

The Sydney Metropolitan Turkey Trot
is unique in that it includes
a navigational component.

The event is held on the first Sunday in July
and includes a mountain bike division.

This is an annual competition for the fastest male and the fastest female in our club.

For the "also rans" there is the Chris Crane Handicap Cup.
